Hello friends, Today I am Going to tell about “5 Ways To Calm Your Anger Down Quickly.”
Sometimes I get angry when somebody does not do the PINKY PROMISE and sometimes my parents don’t give me the candies and chocolates that I want.
I also become sad when my friends argue. I deal with this situation by doing these 5 tips that I am going to share with you.
1. Take a Deep Breath (5 to 10):
You should first close your eyes and try to find the white color that is going to show up in the darkness when you close your eyes. Then if you find the white color, you have to focus on that color. If you focus on it you will see many other colors.
2. Think About Some Good Thoughts:
Think about something beautiful thought like this ….
The sun is rising up the ocean…..
The dolphins are jumping…
The fishes are swimming all over the ocean…..
and the ocean looks so crystal clear…..
Just imagine that the sea horses babies are coming out…..
The jellyfishes are swimming like they are dancing….
The birds are chirping and some birds are flying above you…..
In the air, there is a soft breeze. And all of the birds land on your hand….
3. Write the thoughts in the piece of paper or you can write an apology note if you are wrong:
When you will write the beautiful thoughts that you experienced a couple of seconds ago, your heart which was angry got much happier. You can also write an apology note if you are wrong to that person.
And if you are not wrong, you can only stick with beautiful thoughts. Because that helps you calm. If you are not wrong you should still say SORRY to that person. That helps you and that person. That person will feel really bad if he or she is a good person.
4. Give That Person A Big Smile:
The last thing that you need to do for that person is, give a smile. And if you feel comfortable you should give that person a Big Hug. If you give that person a smile or a hug, you are delivering the positive and the happiness to that person.
5. Drink Water And Go Outside To Play Or Walk:
The last thing that you should do is drink water and go outside to play or walk.
